1) What is the warranty on ISC Coilovers?
ISC offers a full 5 year warranty from any manufacturing defects and 2 years for all seals. If leaking or a defect occurs within that time frame, ISC will replace the needed part of the coilover that is damaged for you at no cost. Email us for a warranty claim and we would be happy to assist you. If your coilover needs replacing after warranty is expired we offer our customers replacement units at a discounted rate $75.00 each. We strive to have one of the most supportive warranties in the industry for coilovers and suspension parts.All rebuilds are done in house here in our USA facility.
ISC Suspension is not responsible for misuse, installation errors, or any results from tampering with or modifying your vehicle. Installation and labor costs are not included with the purchase of our product, and can be done for an additional fee by one of our dealers.
Be advised you have 30 days from the day you receive your product to register for our warranty. Any product that is not registered will only receive a 1 year warranty on all components.
***Warning: Any items that are shipped to us without the proper RMA number and without our knowledge will be refused. To send an item in please follow our warranty process and fill out/email the proper form. ***
Please note our warranty does not cover:
- Any products that are used on public roads, highways, and or government maintained roads or non-motorsport roads or tracks.
- Any products not purchased through an authorized ISC Suspension dealer. Dealer List can be found here: Dealers
- Any products that show abuse, improper installation, or collision.
- Any products that have been altered in any way.
- Seized Collars, ISC Suspension recommends using anti-seize on all collars to avoid this.
Please also be aware, any RMA that is not packaged in the same fashion as when we originally shipped it or that arrives in non sell-able condition will be denied and a return label will be requested.
