Helper Springs are designed for many applications. Whether you are looking for an ultra low stance look, or to make advance adjustments on your street or track car, these are the solution for you. 64mm Stack height at full extension - 34mm Stack when fully compressed = 34mm of overall height adjustment. You can adjust ride height without messing with the spring preload, these are designed to be fully compressed under the vehicles load, and keep the main spring in place at full droop.
